This was a fun race. I got to go to Vienna with my friend Nicole. We got to see the Vienna Symphonie Orchestra perform one of their practice runs for Beethoven's 9th..."Ode to Joy". What a great evening. The race wasn't great...(far too many people), but it was fun to finish and see my friends accomplish their goals. We almost got stranded because of the Icelandic volcanic eruption...what a random thing. Fortunately we were able to hitch a ride home with Noelle and her family!
